Women@Talan

At Talan, we deeply believe in the value of diversity. We are convinced that diverse perspectives and the experiences of our employees enrich our work environment and strengthen our ability to innovate positively and to be performant. Advancing gender balance requires concrete actions, structured support, and a culture of equality embedded at every level of the organization.
Promoting female talents
We are committed to strengthening gender parity and creating a work environment that actively supports women through our international Women@Talan program, giving every woman the means to grow, develop her leadership, and confidently express her ambition.
Through dedicated development pathways, a supportive peer network and opportunities to advance and invest in women’s career growth, we aim to ensure balanced representation at senior levels across the organization.

By cultivating diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace, we believe we can attract and retain top talent, boost innovation, and strengthen employee engagement.
Encouraging women to aim higher is the core purpose of Women@Talan, our international program launched in 2023:
- Promote equal opportunities: ensuring that women and men have access to the same career prospects
- Reinforce feminine leadership: Supporting women in their professional development and helping them move into leadership roles.
- Create an inclusive work environment: implementing policies and practices that reinforce inclusion and diversity.
The Women@Talan initiative reflects our commitment to promoting gender equality and inclusion across the company.
