Dave brings over 18 years’ experience in the setup and delivery of complex transformation programmes, with a strong track record of working alongside senior leaders to drive organisational growth. He provides strategic programme leadership and robust governance, helping organisations navigate complexity and deliver with confidence.
He has supported a range of clients, including Rotork, Dimensions, Spectris and Lifetime Training, and is widely recognised for his expertise in ERP programme delivery and recovery. With deep specialisms in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP S/4HANA, Dave combines programme leadership with hands-on assurance to stabilise delivery, reduce risk and accelerate outcomes.
Through structured programme health checks and assurance, Dave brings clarity and control to complex environments—identifying issues early, mitigating risks and enabling successful delivery.
Outside of his consulting role, Dave enjoys spending time with family and travelling. He can often be found cycling in the hills around Bath, using the time to reset and return with fresh perspective.
