Micropole* triumphs at the 2025 Cas d’Or AI Marketing & Innovation awards

On September 30th in Geneva, Micropole*, a Talan company, was honored at the first edition of the Cas d’Or AI Marketing & Innovation awards. The company won the Innovation Prize, alongside INITIO Parfums Privés, for the Feel Lab project.

These distinctions recognize a pioneering approach that puts artificial intelligence and data at the service of emotion, at the heart of a redesigned customer experience for Luxury & Beauty Retail.

Feel’Tech: artificial intelligence at the service of sensory experience

Developed by the Hi’Tech Luxury BU, led by Marion Scala, and managed by Sophie Cadoum (Senior Digital In-Store Consultant within Hi'Tech Luxury) for its creation and deployment at INITIO Parfums Privés, Feel’Tech is a technology capable of measuring emotions in real time based on brain activity (EEG), analyzed by an artificial intelligence algorithm.

Deployed as part of the Feel Lab project at INITIO Parfums Privés, this solution helps teams understand customers' emotional reactions in order to create more personalized and immersive experiences.

Designed to meet the high standards of the luxury sector, Feel’Tech combines scalability, precision, data management, and simplicity of use. It illustrates the ability of Micropole, a Talan company to combine technological innovation with a fine understanding of customer behaviors.
